The discovery call
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. A free, no-commitment conversation about where you are and what you're working on. We'll talk about what's on your mind, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to change. I'll share how I work and we'll figure out together whether coaching is the right fit.
There's no pressure and no pitch. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.
How sessions work
Sessions are one hour. Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what you're working on and what fits your schedule. We meet over the phone or Zoom. If you're in Austin, Texas, we can meet in person.
I don't send you away with homework or worksheets. What I do is help you leave each session with clarity on what you're working on, what's in the way, and what you're doing next.
What shifts
People come in focused on one thing and find the work goes deeper than they expected. That's not a detour, that's where the real change lives.
What clients typically notice over time: more clarity in decisions, more ease in how they show up at work, more energy for the rest of life, and a stronger sense of what they actually want and why.
How long does it take?
That depends on what you're working on. Some clients come for a handful of sessions focused on a specific challenge or decision. Others work with me for months because the questions keep getting more interesting and the progress keeps compounding.
We figure out the right scope together, and we revisit it as we go.
