About
I've lived through a lot of the stuff I coach.
Thirty years of design leadership at major companies. Co-founded businesses. Sat on boards. I've been strong in front of my teams and fell apart as soon as I got home and showed up the next day ready to lead. Completed Ironman triathlons and seven-day mountain bike stage races. Reversed disease through diet and lifestyle changes.
That's what I bring to this. Not a framework I learned in a weekend. A life of experiences I've actually lived.

Here's what working together looks like.
It starts with a discovery call. A real conversation about where you are, what you're working on, and whether coaching is the right fit. No pressure, no commitment. Just an honest look at what's possible.
If it feels right, we'll agree on a focus and a cadence that works for your life. Sessions are one hour, typically weekly or bi-weekly, over the phone or Zoom. In-person is available if you're in Austin, Texas.
Most people are surprised by how quickly things start to shift. Not because the work is easy, but because having a thinking partner who asks the right questions and holds no agenda changes everything about how you move through things.
